For more than 10 years, the Association strives to provide a consolidated voice from Association members to government agencies and oversight, appropriations and authorizing committees on matters relating to Government real estate, such as lease acquisition, build-to-suit construction, identification and disposition of surplus property, the reduction of real estate operating expenses and holdovers. The Association brings information related to government leasing together in one place.
