Mission Statement


NFDA Mission

To establish a trade association that represents organizations and individuals who provide real estate services to the various agencies of the United States Government. The Association will provide a consolidated voice from Association members to federal agencies to address problems, identify bottlenecks, improve communications between the public and private sector, and promote greater efficiency in space acquisition and procurement.

National Conference


2014 NFDA National Conference

The National Federal Development Association will be holding its annual conference on November 5–6 in Washington, DC, at the headquarters building of the American Institute of Architects at 1735 New York Avenue NW, right across the street from GSA headquarters at 1800 F Street. The conference will concentrate on investment opportunities in Government real estate, including acquisition and financing of Federally leased buildings, repair and alteration of government‐owned facilities.
